The Womentor program is an initiative that empowers female entrepreneurs through essential skills and mentorship. In partnership with Orange Digital Centers and GIZ, it offers a comprehensive curriculum covering business psychology, innovative models, marketing, and pitching for funding. Its success is clear: 17 women completed the training, including four with strong startup ideas ready to grow. The program highlights how strategic training and community support can nurture a new generation of women leaders and innovators.

Training for Success

The Womentor program welcomed a total of 17 participants, all eager to embark on their entrepreneurial journey. The training covered essential topics designed to build a solid foundation for business success. Key areas included:

  • Business Psychology & Design Thinking: Understanding the mindset of a successful entrepreneur and applying innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Business Model Innovation & Value Proposition: Learning how to create and refine new value propositions and business models to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial Marketing & Finance: Developing effective marketing strategies and understanding financial feasibility to secure long-term sustainability.
  • Pitching & Funding Channels: Sharpening presentation skills to attract investors and exploring diverse funding opportunities.

These modules were designed to equip participants with a complete business ecosystem, from the initial idea to the funding phase.

Making an Impact
