Impact of the Zambia Round

The Zambia Round of Mentors 4 Africa has proven to be a transformative initiative, equipping 400 entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to thrive in the international market. Over a rigorous 12-week program, participants engaged in 40 hours of intensive training, covering critical areas such as business development, financial planning, digital strategies, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The impact of this initiative extends beyond education—it has fostered a dynamic startup ecosystem in Zambia, where entrepreneurs are now better equipped to attract investment, scale their businesses, and contribute to economic growth. The program’s hands-on approach, including pitch deck submissions and real-world project-based learning, has empowered participants to transition from ideation to execution. This success story stands as a testament to Mentors 4 Africa’s commitment to building a sustainable and prosperous future for African entrepreneurs.
